At naom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns under the following terms and conditions.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY We accept returns postmarked within 14 days of the original order date. To qualify for a refund, your return must meet the following strict standards:

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, sellable condition. They must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any scents (including perfume, smoke, or body odor).

Tags: All original tags must remain attached and intact.

Cleanliness: Items must be free from any signs of wear or damage, such as makeup stains, deodorant marks, or pet hair.
Please Note: Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. In such cases, the item(s) will be returned to the sender, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
RETURN SHIPPING Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.
REFUND METHODS Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you may choose between two refund options:
1. Store Credit (Recommended)

Receive the full value of your return as a store credit gift card.

No restocking fees will be applied.

This is the best option if you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method

You may choose to receive a refund back to your original form of payment.

A $9.99 restocking fee per item will be deducted from your total refund amount.

This fee covers the administrative and labor costs associated with inspecting and restocking inventory.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

PRE-ORDERS We offer the ability to pre-order select items before they arrive in stock. Because these items are often reserved specifically for you, they are subject to a strict cancellation policy:

Within 24 Hours: You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund to your original payment method within 24 hours of placing the order.

After 24 Hours: Once the 24-hour window has passed, your order is locked in for processing. After this point, pre-orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN To start a return, please contact us at hi@naom.co with your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions and our return address.
